Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Derwin P Gray, MD was very thorough and informative.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
