DO NOT EVER GO THERE.The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. They did not knock before entering the exam room, and chose to just barge right in. It caught me off guard and I was very uncomfortable. The equipment was so old here I thought it might be an antique. I was scared something was going to break during my appointment. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I felt very rushed. Dr.Nancy Youssefi can not even speak English properly.She did not give me any information about my problem.She barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Their staff are poorly trained,and are very rood. They could not keep track of my medical records,so I keep receiving bills from them AFTER 3 YEARS! their trick is they charged me and insurance company, and they send me bills that my insurance was canceled at that time! The result after 3 years communication with staff and insurance is A BILL FROM COLLECTION COMPANY.
