Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

One thing that's been so annoying about Michelle H Cooper, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I also can never seem to get in for appts at the Middletown office they always make me come to the Dover office which is not fesiable for me. The staff is very rude and non-informative about everything. I am so not happy with this office at all.
