I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
