I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Dr. Williams started out ok but dropped the ball at the very end. She seem to be overwhelmed with patients I constantly had to remind her that I was pregnant with twins and how far along I was. When I asked a question she would answer and say that I should already know. Then I always had to remind her that it was my first pregnancy and that I was having twins. When I was approaching my due date I never saw Dr. Williams. I had to pratically request to see her to check the babies at 8 months and inform her that at 38 weeks I was full term. When admitted she was good before and during delivery. I hardly saw her afterwards the birth. I was in a crowded hospital room with 3 other and my twins cribs were constantly being bumped because of lack of space. Between her and the pediatrician Magalie Alfred my son's circumcision was botched and I had to later re-due because a hole was left in his skin due to an incision. When I tried contacted them afterwards no one would return my call and haven't heard from them since. I would not recommend anyone to this doctor that tainted my first pregnancy experience.

No. It took me several times to get through.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Each visit- waited for at least an hour.Changed my prescription for no reason which led to medical issues

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were not important. I have been calling for one week to get answers with no return call from the doctor or staff. When I finally spoke with someone she was rude and rushed to get me off of the phone. i felt like my call annoyed or interuppted the receptionist.
