Every time I go the wait is over an hour. The receptionist is never nice on the phone. When you are finally seen you are rushed out of the office. I will not be going back to this practice. And the rooms are dirty!

I called as a new patient looking to to make an appointment. The receptionist who answered the phone seemed uninterested but did tell me the first available appointment is in February and when I asked to make an appointmentfor then I was put on hold for 11 minutes so I hung up. They now lost the opportunity of having a new patient. I wonder how many others this has happened to.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
