I had two deliveries with their practice.. Dr. Panoff delivered my first and Dr Fein delivered my second. Most of my prenatal check ups were with Dr Fein. Why you are all bashing him is beyond me. He was always very nice to me. During delivery he was amazing. Maybe some of you woman are just JAP's or Drama Queens. He was great, no doubt....

The staff and Drs overall are nice. But when it comes to any situation they are very rude on payments. I used them by 3 babies and they gave them expensive gifts! 2 babies I paid cash and my third they got 90% from insurance and I had to pay 10%. I tried to make a payment plan because I was tight on money and they didn't want to hear of it. Instead I got a phone call that the dr declared I am no longer their client! Never heard of such rude service. I had an emergency and instead of doing a checkup they said go to emergency room. Not recommending anyone !

The staff were always wonderful. The only problem in that office is Dr Fein. Arrogant, condescending and just plain awful. I have no idea how the other drs in that practise can stand to work with him. If I get stuck with him as the Dr on call when it's my time to deliver, I'd rather have the cafeteria staff or the hospital janitors help deliver my baby.

I've been going there forever and always see the same doctor. I am perfectly satisfied with the doctor so I felt I had to respond when I saw onlynegative comments. However, it is impossible to get a routine appointment unless you call months in advance

Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
