People without insurance do not go there. This doctor is pure businesswoman. All she cares about is how much money she can suck out of you. She made up a disease for me so I can come back for a $150 follow up, did not answer any question about it. She was insisting that I should go to a particular private pharmacy to buy the medication. Why? Then I went to see another doctor and he said that I am all right and that I do not have the condition first diagnosed by Cemalovic. Another down turn for me was the $200 bill for pap smear that I received. Way too much. My seconnd doctor charged me only $30 for pap.
Cemalovic was also very judgemental during the entire visit trying to manipulate with these gilt/ shame mechanisms.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
