It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
