I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, there weren't many to choose from

Dr. Browning is great, he pays close attention to me.... The staff is another story, they are either WAY understaffed or they simply couldn't care less. Try and call the office and getting a warm body, don't leave a message as they do not return calls.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I absolutely love the chairs they have in their waiting room. They are of the highest quality and more comfortable than you could imagine. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
