They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
