The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Sometimes I have to wait but, Dr. Pipia spends at least 45 minutes with me. He is very detailed. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
