They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
