They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
