The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. On a personal note, this is the BEST doctor I have ever had, and I've had a lot of them. Dr. Caulkins is personable, friendly (but professional) and takes excellent care of his patients. I am very happy to have Dr. Caulkins as my physician.
