I like that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
