Dr Palmer's staff as of lately is really a joke. I hear those people behind the glass partition one girl asks another do we have that phone number. Can you say duh. One young guy/man who works there wears some kind of earring things in both ears. This is afterall a medical office, his hair isnt comed he looks sloppy. In my personal opinion Dr palmer is way over worked and has way too many patients. It seems most of his staff are new and really stupid. Dumb and very inexperienced.

For instance recently my mother tried to get an appt with dr palmer not as a emergency appt but just to see dr palmer, the girl told my mother if its an emergency, you can go to desert regional medical center emergency dept. That girl should be fired she is so rude and with no feeling or empathy/sympathy at all. Does dr palmer realize what idiots he has working there. The so called office staff always tries to push dr palmers patients to van nyguen, a PA, which is not a doctor at all.his new office hardly has any seats its just awful.

First off the front office staff are rude and uninterested. They act as if they are doing you a favor by assisting you. They make little to no eye contact and so you are unsure if the words they are muttering as they look down and write in a chart are directed at you or another staff. They relay phone conversations back and forth to the Dr. so you get to hear about the patient who is concerned about his lesions not going away to the the Dr. response of give it some time or your other option is to go inpatient. So Much for HIPAA as they give the man's name so the Dr. knows who they are talking about. I asked for the Dr. to call me back after an office visit to ask a question of the med regimen and I was told the Dr. does not make phone calls and that if I wanted to talk to the Dr. I would have to make an office appt. On another ocassion I called for an appt. the Dr. was unavailable and was offered the Physician's Asst. who also does not return phone calls. So much for the holistic approach.
