I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I plan to keep Dr. Luna as my Family Doctor.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
