Dr. Ross is fantastic! HOWEVER the women on his staff are extremely unhelpful when making an appointment. Don't even try to call after 2:45. Every time I have, I get put on hold & hung up on. This last time it happen 3 times in a row. I love Dr. Ross, but I've about decided I'm done with his staff. I'm currently looking for another doctor :(
