Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

although the front desk sometimes is short with you the rest of the office is careing and plesent to you. Dr Taylor is a compassinate man who really cares about his patients. He works with your situation and dose not condem or tear you down. He sees my whole family. I love that he knows us all and we can be seen at the same place not running all over town to different people. He is worth trying out for your family, if you need a primary care doctor.
