I started to see this Dr. and we specifically talked about lab work. She asked if I had a lab card (Quest diag.) I tried to give her a sticker to put on my file to remindher to call them to pick up my labs. She told me that they did not have paper files anymore, but that they would "take care of it", then directed me to the lab for work.. then I GOT A BILL!! She took care of it all right.. she failed to contact Quest, so I got stuck with the bill!
Then she tried to force me to go to a specialist (for several visits) PLUS classes.. all that cost lost of money.. I took the meds, but told her that due to uncontrollable circumstances, I could not afford all of these speicalists or classes at the moment.. not being difficult, just "realistic".. I took the meds, seemed to be making progress.. then she decided that I was not "following her orders". I was trying.. but was not willing to bounce a check to make her happy...
I never did feel like she was very "Friendly", however her staff is great. They tried to help out. If you want a robot that does not understand "being human".. she's your doc!

The worst doctors visit I have ever had. She did not listen, or even try to understand what I was saying, and basically tried to convince me that the issues I was having were all in my head. She was not open at all to actually looking in to what could be causing them. I have been looking for a while to find a good primary care doctor and after my interactions with the admin staff and the nurse I was excited to meet Dr. Clair. Needless to say....I am still looking. I will not go back, and would NEVER reccomend her.
