Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance.
