They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my friends and family here. Their care was less than stellar.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
