For my very first appointment I showed up a half hour early only to sit in the parking lot waiting for the office to open a few minutes after my appointment time. I then find out that my appt was booked at the other office. I was given directions to the other office and told that the staff would call to tell them that I was on my way. When I reach the office 20 minutes later I was told that I was too late and could not get a physical that day. My appt was not even booked with the actual Dr, so I could have seen someone at the first office and saved a trip and time. After some debate, the office manager was kind enough to have the nurse complete my physical. Several hours after my appointment I received a message on my cell phone for a different patient and when I called back to inform them of their mistake I was just told "to disregard the message". A month later I receive a bill and find out that I was charged a "new patient fee" for a physical which caused me to have to pay a copay for one of the few services that does not charge a copay. That's enough strikes for me.
