I recently relocated to Maryland and encountered numerous obstacles when trying to find a primary care doctor. I was having some troubling symptoms that should not be put off. Every office I contacted said they were not taking new patients or I had a wait time of at least 4 months before being seen. I was referred to Dr. Crosse by a coworker and was able to get in the next week. It was such a relief to be examined and have my fears put to rest. She was very polite, professional and thorough. I no longer worry about the quality of medical care I will receive in Maryland. and nbnbnbwill definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I will absolutely return. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
