Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They have some quality issues at times, wrong diagnosis, have some inexperienced staff at times...

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
