Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Dr. Pitzer is wonderful. I love this office, we got so lucky getting this office when we moved here from FL

Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
