I was treated terribly. My company was asked to help out in the relocation of his office. We provided prompt, courteous service that allowed Dr. Carlson and his staff to open up on time. We prewired the entire office then was asked to facilitate moving and setting up all of the equipment from the Hallock ave office to the new location. We finished the project on Nov. 2nd 2010 and to date (5/1/11) are still owed over $8000.00 I have left several polite messages requesting payment only to be ignored by Dr. Carlson who refuses to come to the phone or call me back. My last attempt at reaching him was met by a rude office manager who accused me of harassment and immediately hung up on me. I would never recommend them to anyone due to Dr. Carlson's lack of ethics and character. From what I understand, he also owes and is ignoring other contractors who have provided him with their services. What a dead beat!

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.

Staff and Doctor provide conflicting information on test results.
This happened on three separate occasions. Never returns phone calls, has office staff giving test results which they can not speak intelligently on.
