The girls at the front office are rude. The waiting time was over 3 hours for me causing me to cancel my 2 yearly appointments to see the doctor. I have not been to see the doctor because of long waiting times and overbooking patients. They didn't seem to care about the long waits and the attitude was " oh well!" if you can't wait 3 hours more ...its your loss. I changed my PCP.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
