we always have Yvonn help us when choosing glasses at the Berkeley optical for the kids, she is so patient with the kids and so caring, if she is busy with someone I don't mind waiting for her because she is worth the wait.

Great place! Great customer service plus a relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Bertrand very patient during exam which made the visit comfortable. When ordering glasses Mrs. Meyer was super nice and so helpful! Thank you Berkeley eye center!

Staff was so understanding of my fears. Check -in was quick and pleasant. Dr. Bertrand is the best! She gave me great information to help me to choose appropriate eye wear.

Dr. Bertrand and her assistant Ashley are the best! They are knowledgeable and very professional. They took the time to listen to my kids concerns and for my little active one they entertained his many comments and laughed even though it took longer to get the exam done. They didn't rush and showed that they cared about my kids. We have been going to Dr. Bertrand for three years now and will not being anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Bertrand and Ms. Ashley!

My husband and I had an eye exam with Dr. Bertrand. She was very sweet and knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. We were seen right away with no wait time. Crystal was the optician that helped me pick out my glasses. She was very friendly and great and explained all the insurance charges and found a frame that I absolutely love within my budget.
