The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their eye equipment was state-of-the-art and really sophisticated. It's so much better than other optometrists I've been to. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Cochran is the best! The entire staff is patient and caring! The restrooms at this office are spotless. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. I get all the time I need to choose new glasses--they even help! They always remember me and make me feel very important. They know my entire family by name!
