They paid attention to me and all of my questions were for the most part answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I'm not having any luck though getting my product after being told it would take 2 weeks and it's been 7 weeks and no answers by phone when I call.
