Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I'll definitely be going back.I I've been going to Dr. Williams for about 25 years, and brought my children as well. She takes a lot of time to make sure I'm confident of my answers when taking the eye tests, and is very personable and friendly. I definitely recommend her!
