I was refererred by a co-worker to this office. From my very first visit I felt rushed and just another patient to get in and out the door. Even when it was time to pick new frames for my lenses, I felt as if I was given a large amount of glasses to sift through - none were chosen for my face shape and the assistant did not have much opinion to help (ie: if I bought shoes, I'm pretty sure an associate would help pick some out).

Each time I have been put on hold it was over 4+ minutes and on some instances I have had to call back in order to change/make an appt. Dr. Rubin is intellegent and answered my questions but I am sure there are other offices that treat people as if they are there to assist, not as if they are doing you a favor when a service is requested.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, there was no annoying music
