I got every single question I had answered during my visit. They gave me so much information that I feel like an expert on my condition! I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Nicest Doctor I have ever dealt with.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Dr. Knauer is very attentive and never gives up on trying to find a treatment that works. He takes his time and never makes you feel rushed. They make every effort to get an appointment for you when your asthma flares up. Jackie at the front desk is friendly and always makes you feel welcome. I would recommend this doctor to anyone in need of an asthma / allergy specialist.
