I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was across the street from them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Bruce B Pace, DC is for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased! They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me.
