They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. When I first started going there, they kept me up to date and informed about where I was at in the recovery process, but then they stopped. It made me think that I was fully recovered and they just weren't telling me. They wantdI wish they had made more of an effort to keep me informed at all times. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I was briefly shown my X-Rays but they didn't go over them with me very thoroughly.
