I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.

They filed my new bridge down so the metal showed through & told me they would work on a way to cover it up. They just kept stalling & stalling & never fixed it before I moved away. They also seemed to move me around to several different dentists, but I would rather see the same person all the time.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.
