It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

I went to see Dr. Barta with my daughter and we were to take the "sleepy juice" to do work. My daughter was very afraid and wouldn't drink it so the assistant went to get Dr. Barta who didn't spend the time to discuss the situation and just left the room and cancelled our appointment. Then what happened amazed me--he went into his office and i just heard him swearing. I couldn't believe it!! This man is supposed to be treating children and you could hear him and his cussing all around! I never went back to his office and instead went to another pediatric dentist who was much more patient and whom I love. I will NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
