Very disappointed that over half of the work done has fallen out or broken within 2 years of having it done. When i lost my insurance they were no longer able to be willing to repair the fallen out fillings without a fee.
I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional.

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

Went to this dentist to have a broken tooth pulled a premolar. H e should have referred me to an oral surgeon, as Burns broke the tooth at the gum line with roots exposed said he needed to refer me I was to tense ie... was feeling PAIN 45 min later !! ... The next dentist was wonderful. He was an oral surgeon and even though my friends, they could not numb me to pull the roots(and what little was left of my tooth), took him less than a Minute to do it .... Wish I would have gone there first. I have heard some good things about this dentist but I can also tell you that my other half had a tooth pulled there as well and they left shards of tooth in there ..... Needless to say I will never be back to this dentist again.
