Not only did they thoroughly review my medical history before I started treatment, they sat down and discussed it with me too. They asked me questions, and made sure they had all the information they needed before treatment. I knew that the treatment I received would be more accurate and effective because they took the time to review my medical history. They told me exactly what I could expect from my treatment, and everything they said was completely accurate. I appreciated that they didn't promise me anything they couldn't fulfill. Their staff was accommodating but I certainly wouldn't call them friendly. Not the nicest people here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I trust them completely to always have my best interest in mind. They've never pressured me to make appointments that I didn't think were necessary, and have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the strong efforts they made to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Their treatment rooms were fantastic. They were huge, very spacious, dimly lit, and well ventilated. I've been to other places that had really small treatment rooms and it's easy to get claustrophobic, but not here. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
