I recommend Keith Coley unreservedly. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, a good listener and skilled acupuncture practitioner. I've always had a fear of needles (bloodwork) etc and was amazed at how little pain I experienced with acupuncture. I am definitely a believer at its healing power!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The office was easy enough to find. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I love that I wasn't sitting in the waiting room forever. They got me in at my appointment time and out in time for the next person!

Let me just say that this clinic is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It gives you a real peace of mind. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical waiting room music on. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their clients'
safety is their top priority, and they make sure they always use sterilized, pre-packaged needles. I've been to some other places that didn't use pre-packaged
needles, and I will never go back. I appreciate them making my safety their primary concern.
Keith is the only person that has helped my migraine headaches. I have suffered for many, many years and have tried many different medications without much relief. I feel like my life has been given back to me because of Keith and his acupuncture treatments.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they delay my appointment, but they've never done that here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest acupuncture conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into their practice. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't feel rushed at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was quite impressed! They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were. Not only did they treat my symptoms, but they gave me comprehensive care, which took care of the underlying cause of my symptoms. Right off the bat I noticed that the clinic smells fantastic inside. They must clean or sanitize all the time or have some great fragrance. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.
