They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. They remain fully focused on me and never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me insane.

I had never gone to acupuncture before and when my husband suggested going, as a way to relieve some of my pain, I wasn't sure what to expect. I have had serious pain in my hip, leg, butt and at times, up into my back. I have also suffered from numbness in my feet, as well as, my bladder, bowel and private areas.

I am writing this Feb. 2011, but have been seeing Dan-Ning since August 2010. In the past (almost) 6 months, treatments have varied from 7-10 days apart, and now, I have significant relief compared to the first day that I practically crawled into the office. I still have alot of pain and its been a journey, but Dan-Ning has been right there helping me physically, mentally and emotionally. She has such a caring spirit and takes time to listen to the concerns of her patients.
