Absolutely!
Was the waiting area spacious?
Yes, extremely spacious
Was the acupuncturist sympathetic to your fear of needles?
Absolutely! They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable
Is this acupuncturist willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They never have that typical, irritating waiting room music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and adds to the atmosphere. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I couldn't believe their level of skill and experience. Instead of just treating my symptoms, which some other places I've been to have done, they gave me comprehensive, holistic care. They knew that just treating my symptoms wouldn't be effective.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
