My appointment lasted longer than closing time and they were more than happy to stay open until I was finished. I was very grateful for that. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their clients' safety is their top priority, and they make sure they always use sterilized, pre-packaged needles. I've been to some other places that didn't use pre-packaged needles, and I will never go back. I appreciate them making my safety their primary concern. Right off the bat I noticed that the clinic smells fantastic inside. They must clean or sanitize all the time or have some great fragrance. This acupuncturist has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment which is super convenient. They also have a strong online presence in multiple directories. I never thought I would allow anyone to stick needles in me. But I have to say I was very pleased with John Hebert, and his very sweet nurse. He took time to sit down and talk with me, to listen to where my pain was and he has really helped me so very much. I can say truthly they care about there patients... Thank you both it is always a pleasure going in... I tell everyone about them and how much they have helped me

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other clinics I have been to. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, giving me more information than I could have hoped for! They are really an expert in acupuncture. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
