I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals when they don't have an answer for me. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interests in mind. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

After my treatment, I started experiencing a few side effects, but it was bearable. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were mildly annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they would rather be somewhere else. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I do not like being treated by6 a different intern every visit. When the Dr. worked on me it was better. I thought we had an appointment confirmed on the phone but got pushed out after 25 min. Not acceptable, then told give him notice next time.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love that they never cancel appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to keep my original appointment or at least let me know way in advance if there's an issue. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the strong efforts they made to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I didn't have to wait long at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which was really nice.
