This acupuncturist really takes great care when inserting the needles during treatment.They were so great, I couldn't feel a thing. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest acupuncture conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into their practice. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never been treated with more kindness and empathy.

They truly go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at tons of places, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
