Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business is and how close it is to other shopping centers. It was very easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I really felt like they were happy to be helping me the entire time. I never once got the feeling that they were irritated or would rather be elsewhere. Their primary concern was my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine, immediately. They definitely take customer satisfaction and peace of mind into account. They usually were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I trust them completely to always have my best interest in mind. They've never pressured me to make appointments that I didn't think were necessary, and they've always gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule.

Dr. Pru is fantastic. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive with her. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. The table I laid on during my treatment was so comfortable. With acupuncture it is easy to fall asleep while waiting for those magic little needles to do their job. I refer friends to her a lot.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had laid off just a little bit. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
