The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
