They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
